01 / DISCOVER
Getting to know you and your business, every great project starts with a conversation. Once you've enquired, we'll explore what you're looking for, the challenges you're facing and what you'd love to achieve. I'll recommend the most suitable service and share a tailored proposal outlining the scope, investment and timeline. Once your booking payment is received, your project is officially secured in my calendar.

02 / DEFINE
Finding the direction that feels right. Before any design begins, I take time to understand your audience, positioning, personality and ambitions. Through research, strategy and creative exploration, I'll establish a clear direction for your project. For branding projects, this typically includes a creative direction presentation exploring the mood, typography, colour inspiration and visual references that will shape your identity. For websites, we'll focus on your content, structure, user experience and the journey you want visitors to take.

03 / CREATE
Where everything begins to take shape. With a clear direction in place, I begin bringing your project to life. For branding, this means developing your visual identity, from the logo suite and typography to the supporting elements that give your brand its character. For websites, this is where your content, visual identity and digital experience come together in a thoughtfully designed online space. Rather than presenting several unrelated concepts, I focus on developing one strong creative direction, thoughtfully considered and built around your business.
What to expect: Your first design presentation or website preview.
04 / REFINE
It's all in the details. This is where we work together to fine-tune the creative direction. You'll have the opportunity to review the designs, share your thoughts and provide consolidated feedback. I'll guide you through the refinement process, making considered adjustments while keeping the overall strategy and direction intact. My branding packages include two rounds of consolidated refinements, with any additional changes discussed and quoted separately.
What to expect: Collaborative feedback and thoughtful refinements.
05 / LAUNCH
Time to show the world. Once everything is approved and the final balance has been settled, it's time to bring your project into the world. For branding, you'll receive your final design files and brand guidelines, along with the information you need to use your new identity confidently. For websites, I'll complete the final checks, prepare your site for launch and provide guidance on managing your new online home. And just like that, your next chapter begins.
