CAN YOU DESIGN JUST A LOGO?Your brand is about more than just a nice logo. We're here to help your brand understand its true identity. That's why we don't just do logo design. We offer different branding packages to fit various budgets.

WHY IS BRANDING AN INVESTMENT?Your brand is the first impression people have of your business and one of the most important investments you can make. Having a solid brand helps you build trust with your customers and become a recognizable brand within your industry. This process takes time. It involves researching your audience and industry, building a strategy, and executing and refining the visuals.

WILL I BE PRESENTED WITH MULTIPLE CONCEPTSBefore we begin the design process, we will first align by using a brand discovery questionnaire, a Pinterest board, and a creative direction presentation with mood boards. Once we move on to designing concepts, we usually present 1 or 2 brand concepts. After that, we will continue discussing your preferences to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the concept you choose.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?Our standard project policy requires a 50% deposit to reserve your spot on our calendar. The remaining 50% is due before receiving the final project files or your website going live.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?Yes, we understand that branding can be a significant investment. Therefore, we can break the payment for our signature packages (Brand Experience and Signature Website) into 3 parts.

HOW LONG DOES BRANDING TAKE?Designing a comprehensive brand identity takes time due to the research, strategy and unique designing that goes into your project. Kindly refer to each individual package for proposed timelines.
