A nostalgic bakery brand inspired by softness, sentiment, and the charm of slow living.
Hunney Bakehouse was reimagined as a modern cottagecore-inspired bakery brand, blending vintage sweetness with a refined, contemporary touch. The vision was to create a brand world that feels comforting, whimsical, and deeply nostalgic, reminiscent of handwritten recipes, ribbon-tied pastry boxes, and slow mornings spent baking in a countryside kitchen.
The identity draws from classic patisserie aesthetics while introducing a softer, more romantic visual language. Delicate script typography paired with scalloped details, hand-drawn florals, striped patterns, and muted pastel tones creates a brand that feels feminine, inviting, and timeless. The colour palette balances dusty blush, buttercream yellow, powder blue, and rich berry tones to evoke warmth, softness, and artisanal craftsmanship.
Every touchpoint was designed to feel intentional and immersive, from patterned tissue paper and bakery boxes to takeaway packaging and custom stickers. The secondary emblem, inspired by vintage cake labels and ribbon-wrapped pastry boxes, adds a sense of nostalgia and collectability across the packaging suite.
The result is a playful yet elevated identity that transforms Hunney Bakehouse into more than just a bakery, it becomes a comforting little world of sweetness, warmth, and handmade charm.
